Abstract

The goal of this work is to analyze the user experience of the motion parallax effect on common use displays, such as monitors, tvs and mobile devices. The analysis has been done individually for each device and comparing each other to understand the impact on the immersion of such media. Moreover, we focused on understanding the user impression on the change of an usual passive visualization paradigm to the interactive visualization possibility allied to the motion parallax effect. © 2014 Springer International Publishing Switzerland.
