Abstract

Abstrak: Jamu adalah minuman herbal tradisional khas Indonesia yang masih ada sampai zaman obat modern sekarang ini. Sebagian besar masyarakat desa Pajangan Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan pelaku usaha jamu tradisional/ jamu gendong. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kurangnya inovasi dan kualitas produk jamu yang dijual dari tahun ke tahun karena pembuatan jamu dilakukan dengan resep turun temurun. Tujuan umum kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah transfer informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai inovasi dan peningkatan kualitas jamu yang dijual oleh pelaku usaha jamu gendong di desa Pajangan Kabupaten Lamongan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan meliputi tahap analisis situasi dan identifikasi permasalahan, Sosialisasi program kepada masyarakat, pretest dan Forum Group Discussion, Pelatihan pembuatan jamu tradisional, Postest kemudian dilakukan Monitoring dan evaluasi. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini diukur menggunakan lembar tilik. Hasil pengabdian masyrakat ini adalah kelompok usaha jamu desa Pjangan mampu memproduksi inovasi jamu berupa teh celup Rosela. Abstract: Jamu is a traditional Indonesian herbal drink that still exists until today's modern medicine era. Most of the people in Pajangan village, Lamongan Regency, are entrepreneurs of traditional herbal medicine/jamu carrying. The problem often faced by partners is the lack of innovation and quality of herbal products sold from year to year because herbal medicine is made with recipes from generation to generation. The general objective of this community service activity is the transfer of information and knowledge about innovation and improvement of the quality of herbal medicine sold by carrying herbal medicine business actors in Pajangan village, Lamongan Regency. The training was carried out for 2 months covering the stages of situation analysis and problem identification, socialization of the program to the community, pretest and Forum Group Discussion, training on making traditional herbal medicine, posttest then monitoring and evaluation. The success of this activity was measured using a check sheet. The result of this community service is that the herbal medicine business group in Pjangan village is able to produce herbal innovations in the form of Rosela teabags.
