Abstract

Innovation is considered as the core personnel quality in the knowledge-based society. All teachers should carry out the essential philosophy of teaching to cultivate creation. Several ways are presented in this paper to implement the philosophy, such as optimizing the structure of teaching, broadening the perspectinve of innovation, inspiring innovative thinking, stimulating the motivation of innovation, buliding up communication inside and outside the classroom, creating an innovative environment, simulating troublesome circumstances and so on. © 2012 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
