Abstract

In this paper we use some methods such as correlation analysis, single regression analyses and so on, to study the relationship between human capital structure and business performance with examples, from which we draw a series of conclusions: the shareholding of the actual controller and executives, pluralism of board chairman and CEO and the introduction of executives are positively correlated with business performance, the proportion of family directors on the board has an inverted U-shaped relationship with business performance: the proportion of independent directors on the board has no significant impact on business performance. © 2013 Springer-Verlag.
