1,2,3-triazolic nucleus have a broad application in the synthesis of novel biologically active compounds. In this article, specific applications of this heterocycle reported in the first two decades of the second millennium will be discussed, such as: molecular hybridization, bioisosterism and structural modifications. The objective is to present an overview of this nucleus applications in synthetic medicinal chemistry, especially in the national scope.
