Abstract

Using the Hubble Space Telescope, we have undertaken a systematic study of pre main sequence (PMS) stars spanning a wide range of masses.0:5–4Mʘ/, metallicities.0:1–1 Zʘ/ and ages (0.5–30 Myr). We have used WFPC2, ACS and WFC3 observations in the broad V an I bands and H˛ narrow filter to identify and characterise a large sample of PMS stars in star forming.
