Abstract

Pb-Zn deposits hosted by Triassic carbo-nates of the Eastern and Southern Alps are classified as APT deposits. The intial resources and reserves are totally estimated with up to 10.18 t Pb+Zn Geological, mineralogical, geochemical and isotopic data indicate APT deposits as a subclass of low temperature Pb-Zn deposits hosted by carbonates which are usually referred as MVT deposits.
