Abstract
Many a time, friends and wellwishers have asked me to write about my experience of working with the Indian side during water-related talks, as I had participated in Nepal-India talks for a long time. However, I had not been able to do so because writing needs a lot of material and memory of events as they take place. © 2009 Springer Netherlands.
