Abstract

The method used in this research are descriptive and verification method. The population and sample amounted to 115 PT. Kimia Farma Bandung employees, whom working in the Research and Development Unit using total sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. Hypothesis test used are F test to see the simultaneous influence and t test to see the partial effect. The results showed that work values, job satisfaction and work engagement, employees of PT. Kimia Farma Bandung is in the high category. The results of F test shows that simultaneously work values and job satisfaction influence work engagement. The results of t test show that partially work values influence work engagement, as well as job satisfaction affects employee work engagement at PT. Kimia Farma in Bandung.
