Abstract

In the study, provided is a conceptual understanding of supplier certification and discuss elements necessary for a supplies certification program. Supplier Certification can be defined as 'on ongoing, flexible, company wide process and one element in a firms purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing strategies.' It is one of the many processes dedicated to Total Quality Management.
