This paper reports the experience built from the development process of a Massive Open On-line Course (MOOC) about care in the stomy area. The development of a project aimed at the production of a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) requires as well as a methodology to guide production, so we used the steps of the instructional design of the ADDIE model - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation e Evaluation. Initially, realized the technological development of a platform to store the MOOC. The MOOC was built from the Wordpress tool using as the basis the construction of the MOOC Hybrid model. The fixed instructional design was chosen to guide the development of the MOOC stomy from A to Z. The course called MOOC Stomy from A to Z was built from the Wordpress tool, based on the MOOC Hybrid model and the fixed instructional design. It is believed that the adoption of the MOOC Stomy from A to Z can impact positively on teaching and practice because it stimulates the knowledge and the learning for health professionals.
