A novel method for searching services of cloud computing

Abstract

While the number of software services grows rapidly, service retrieval are severely hampered by the growth. To overcome this limitation, several methods have been proposed to improve the service retrieval mechanisms. In this paper, we propose a novel method for searching services of cloud computing by exploiting the semantics and ontology technologies. Key tags are extracted from software documents, and are used as metadata of the service resources. Ontologies of the resources are constructed with the tags to facilitate the searching process. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
