This article aims to present some minimal elements to guide this migration. We begin by situating distance learning among other training modalities, and then we discuss the place of digital tools. We then explore the complex nature of the distance learning system, showing that, on a micro scale, such a system is favoured by the implementation of a mobilization activity and by the organization of learners in groups.
