Background : End-of-life care is care given to terminal patients or near the end of life. Where end-of-life care is given to help prepare patients to die with peace and dignity. The end-of-life care received by the patient is highly dependent on the knowledge and skills possessed by the nurse. The purpose: of this study was to describe the knowledge of nurses on end-of-life care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro. Methods: This study was descriptive using a convenience sample of 30 respondents with a total sampling technique. Results : the respondents had sufficient knowledge of end-of-life (60.0%), and of the three PCQN-I domains the highest score was in the pain and symptom management domain. In conclusion: therefore, nurses need knowledge about end-of-life care to be ready to recognize and manage the end-of-life phase. Suggestions: for health services to be able to provide facilities to nurses such as attending training and seminars so that the quality of end-of-life care services can increase.
