The concept of Spiritual Leadership is focusing on what you can learn about your Self and how you can work on your Self. The concept of Spiritual Leadership is derived from a wisdom that is said to be originating from oral transmissions of Talmud, Lao Tzu (Lǎozi 老子) or other historic persons, depending on where you look it up:
