Abstract

Quality control and safety management are two very important contents in building construction project management. Once the construction quality is not up to standard or a safety accident occurs, the economic benefits of the project will be severely impacted. However, there are still some problems in the quality and safety management of the project. In this paper the problems in construction quality control and safety management are analyzed, and effective countermeasures are put forward, in hopes to help improve construction quality and safety.
