Abstract

A previous report that low-drinker rats develop higher peak blood-ethanol levels than high-drinker rats following intraperitoneal ethanol is confirmed. Further, a strong correlation occurred between blood-ethanol levels in naive rats and subsequent free-choice ethanol intake. © 1975, Psychonomic Society, Inc.. All rights reserved.
