Abstract

The aim of this study is to consider the role of the economic impact of control on the reproductive dynamics of value in managing integration processes in an innovative environment in the transition to a knowledge economy. Moreover, the authors will try to offer adequate methodological tools for the scientific analysis of the formation and distribution of innovative value. Hypothesis: historically, the growth of the reproduction of innovative value occurred during the decomposition of the capitalist form, therefore, a new transformational transition, from an industrial economy to its digital form, will contribute to a new round of the methodology of reproduction of economic relations, a new understanding of basic economic relations. Four problems are solved in the article: a literature review on the nature of the reproductive dynamics of innovative value in integration structures based on a deeper level of labor division, substantiation of the research methodology, the answer to the question what the role of digitalization as a factor of the contradiction of economic interests and suggestions on the direction of the search adequate steps to solve the problem of reducing these contradictions is. The following provisions on the role of the relations of control in managing the integration processes of the innovation sphere in the knowledge economy are proposed:the objective necessity of replacing property relations with more basic control relations is considered, this is caused by the formation of a new class - producers of innovative value, devoid of dependence on the means of production;it is highlighted that the relations of control do not cancel the relations of property, but only limit their role in the distribution and consumption of innovative value;we actualize the need to introduce a humanistic mechanism of reconciliation of interests and the desire to reduce the gap between the value created and controlled as the basis of a new society.
