Abstract

Rupture of one or both peroneal tendons is rare. We present a case of longitudinal ruptures in both peroneus longus and brevis tendons. We obtained a very satisfactory clinical result with surgical debridement of the abnormal granulation tissue and proliferated synovial sheath. © 1991 Informa UK Ltd All rights reserved: reproduction in whole or part not permitted.
