Abstract

Abstract: The learning process in schools has a close relationship between teachers, students, curriculum, facilities and infrastructure, a teacher must be able to choose the right learning strategy according to the material to be delivered in the learning process. One approach that can be applied is the contextual teaching and learning approach, which means an approach that connects each learning material with the environment around the child so that children do not get bored quickly in participating in learning. A conducive school environment is also a driving factor that can provide a special attraction for students during the learning process, and conversely a less pleasant school environment will cause boredom and boredom. The research method used in this study is experimental research, namely research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used to examine certain populations or samples, data collection using test instruments, data analysis is statistical, this research is to measure student learning outcomes, meaning the abilities possessed students after they receive their learning experienc. The results of the calculation of the hypothesis test show that the significant value <0.05 so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected which means that the contextual teaching and learning approach has a significant influence on the mathematics learning outcomes of second grade students at SD Negeri 7 Kayuagung.Keywords: Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach, School Environment and Learning Outcomes Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran di sekolah memiliki keterkaitan yang erat antara guru, siswa, kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana, seorang guru harus bisa memilih strategi pembelajaran yang tepat sesuai dengan materi yang akan disampaikan didalam proses pembelajaran. Salah satu pendekatan yang bisa diterapkan yaitu pendekatan contextual teaching and learning artinya pendekatan yang menghubungkan setiap materi pembelajaran dengan lingkungan sekitar anak sehingga anak tidak cepat jenuh dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif juga menjadi faktor pendorong yang dapat memberikan daya tarik tersendiri bagi siswa selama proses pembelajaran, dan sebaliknya lingkungan sekolah yang kurang menyenangkan akan menimbulkan kejenuhan dan rasa bosan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yaitu metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan datanya menggunakan instrumen tes, analisis data bersifat statistic,  penelitian ini untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa artinya  kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa setelah mereka menerima pengalaman belajarnya  Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan < 0,05 jadi Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak bearti Pendekatan contextual teaching and learning memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas II SD Negeri 7 Kayuagung. Kata kunci : Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning, Lingkungan Sekolah dan Hasil Belajar
