Abstract

Conclusion: Fluoroscopic-based ACL navigation allows reproducible planning and precise anatomical positioning of tunnels in ACL reconstruction. It is a reliable method to compare tunnel positions in ACL reconstruction and to evaluate the influence of tunnel positions on AP and rotational stability. © 2007 Springer Medizin Verlag Heidelberg.
