Abstract

The paper introduced the energy performance contracting (EPC) mechanism and studied the policy, market, financing, operational, benefit and customer risk existing in the process of the development of EPC. On the basis of it, the target system of Risk Evaluation on EPC was discussed. It used the fuzzy neural network to make the evaluation of the risk of EPC project, and fuzzily processed the value of degree and the evaluation standard by adopting the relative membership degree. Through empirical analysis, the results are accurate and rational. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
