Abstract

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the proceedings of the 2011 International Symposium on Applied Economics, Business and Development (ISAEBD 2011) which was held in Dalian, China. ISAEBD 2011 was the first conference ded- icated to issues related to applied economics, business and development. This conference aims to provide a high-level international forum for researchers to present and discuss the recent advances in related issues, covering various re- search areas including economics, management, education and its applications.
