This article aims to present the analysis about the challenge of implementing a Compliance program in the business model of a startup. A deductive approach method was used, based on larger assumptions and concepts already consolidated in the market. In this sense, it was about the concepts and objectives related to startups, as well as the implications of implementing a compliance program, and as an example environmental compliance. In the end, it will be possible to verify the mechanisms of compliance and its implementation challenges in the business model of a startup, as well as the effects of these companies' internalization of the integrity programs.
