Abstract

ABSTRAKPembangunan Hotel Loji tahap kedua menggunakan konstruksi baja dan berlokasi di dekat SPBU. Permasalahan pada proyek ini yaitu tidak menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) dalam pekerjaannya. Risiko yang terjadi yaitu jatuh dari ketinggian, terjepit alat, dan lainnya. Metode penelitian menggunakan Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memperoleh identifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko, dan mitigasi pengendalian risiko paling tinggi. Hasil analisis diperoleh 10 pekerjaan yang terdiri dari : Pekerjaan persiapan, marking dan pengukuran material baja, cutting dan pengeboran, setting atau penyetelah komponen baja, pekerjaan pengelasan komponen baja, finishing dan checking, mobilisaasi dan persiapan erection, pekerjaan levelling, lifting dan pemasangan (erection), pemasangan dan pengencangan baut. Penilaian risiko diperoleh Presentase low 7%, moderate  49%, high 38%, dan extreme  6%. Hasil hierarki pengendalian risiko dilakukan pengendalian yang terdiri dari : administrative control, engineering control, dan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD).Kata kunci: HIRARC, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3), konstruksi bajaABSTRACTThe second phase of Loji Hotel using steel construction and located near SPBU. The aim of this research is to obtain risk identification, risk assessment, and mitigation of the highest risk management. The analysis results obtained 10 jobs consisting of: Preparation work, marking and measurement of steel material, cutting and development, setting or finishing of steel components, finishing and checking, mobilization and erection preparation, levelling, lifting and erection work, Installation and tracing. Risk assessment obtained Presentase 7%, moderate 49%, high 38%, and extreme 6%. The results of the risk management hierarchy are carried out by controls consisting of: administrative control, engineering control, and Self-Protection Tools (APD).Keywords: HIRARC, occupational safety and health (K3), steel construction
