Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze influence work climate and work motivation to employees performance. This research used explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques used question form with rating scale model on scale of 1-5. Respondents are structural employees Department of Education and Culture in one of the cities in West Java. Data were analyzed using regression. The result of the study revealed that work climate and work motivation both partially and simultaneously, has the positive and significant influence toward employees performance. Thus the temployee’s performance can be improved through increased work climate and work motivation.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket model rating scale dengan skor yang terentang antara 1 sampai dengan 5. Responden adalah pegawai struktural Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan di salah satu Kota di Jawa Barat. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan iklim dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Dengan demikian kinerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan melalui peningkatan iklim dan motivasi kerja.
