Abstract

The main objective of this research is to investigate the environmental forces influencing perceived acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination. Also, to investigate the moderating role of social Responsibility. The research independent variables consist of environmental forces (economic, political/legal, and social), the dependent variable is represented by perceived acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination. A quantitative method was using cross-sectional online research questionnaire to collect the primary data. A sample of (N = 2084) respondents who follow the social media platforms were selected. Therefore, a stratified simple random method was used in this research. The result shows a positive influence of political/legal and social on perceived acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination. In contrast, there is no influence of economic factor on perceived acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination. The research results are beneficial for formulating an effective polices and strategies for vaccination in Jordanian health market. The current research result recommends that Jordanian FDA and MOH, nationally authorized of COVID-19 vaccines, employer powerful force and recommendations, friends and family, and positive words of mouth can all play an important role for vaccination acceptance and increase the percentages of Jordanian citizen to be vaccinated which was consistent with previous studies. The current research reflected the positive role of political/legal and social factors on perceived acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination among Jordanian people. Also, the research outcomes are beneficial for formulating an effective polices and strategies for vaccination in Jordanian health market.
