Abstract

A variety of mastopexy and nipple-lif procedures have been performed successfully, but of en associated with the problem of undesirable scarring. The author has developed a procedure to elevate the breast or nipple- areolar complex by plicating the anterior superior fibrous capsule in patients who have had previous breast augmentation. © 2009 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
