Abstract

With Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Information System Satisfaction Model (ISSM) as the theoretical basis, the paper discusses the influential factors that affect the application of blended learning in Chinese colleges and the promotion of blended learning therein. In the research, over 2,000 students and teachers are interviewed through online questionnaire, and then based on the statistics of the survey, the paper goes on to explore through regression analysis and path analysis the various factors that influence instructor's acceptance of and students' satisfaction with blended learning. At the end of the paper, suggestions about how to apply and promote blended learning in colleges are given. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
