Abstract

In today’s world, people are so busy with their work that they forget to take care of their fitness. Even if they do try to take care of health, they face barriers in doing so, mainly due to the enormous information scattered on Websites and apps but no proof of whether these are indeed helpful. Another barrier being loss of motivation because physical fitness is a long process and requires few sacrifices as well. The goal of our project is to help people overcome these barriers. Our application works on trying to organize the already available information in a better way to help them in their fitness journey. We aim to provide a calorie calculator which gives people a target of how many calories they need to burn to achieve their desired goals and also recommending people exercises for the same. The application is simple to use and is capable of providing most accurate data based on data input.
