Laparoscopic management of sigmoidorectal intussusception

Abstract

Adult intussusception is an uncommon entity. Surgical resection is required because of the high incidence of pathological lead point. We report a case of sigmoidorectal intussusception caused by a large tubulovillous adenoma.
