Abstract

The New Message Protocol is to cope with the documentation of the message transfer protocol that integrates the electronic signature, distribution and the authentication of public key in information technology. They are classified into security technology, security policy, and electronic document processing, electronic document transportation, encryption and decryption keys in its function. The measures of items for the message security protocol are produced for documentation of the implemented documents in every function for IEEE 802.11.
