Abstract

For energy and economic evaluation of renewable power source (RES) setting and operation it is often necessary to perform calculations that provide objective power system state information. It is possible to use data measured at equipment operation together with statistical data describing primary RES (e.g. from meteorological stations etc.) as the input values for model. PV system model has to provide calculation of voltage and current curve at time changes of illumination. Together with it the changes of other parameters, which can arise during real equipment operation, must be respected.
