Abstract

Ian Alden Russell | Andrew Cochrane: You’ve written some of the earliest works that explore the relationships between art, art history and archaeology. In this book, there are a number of younger practitioners adopting creative practices in their archaeological work. We want to try to find ways to frame the type of work they’re trying to do. We think that perhaps some reflections from you on your life and your work might help us think critically about how we’re encountering contemporary creative practice today.
