Abstract

Employees' work engagement level will directly affect company's performance. And among these effect factors, perceived organizational support is the vital antecedent. The perception level of organizational support will affect employees' commitment on their organizations and their work engagement. This study discussed the concept of perceived organizational support and the effect system toward on work engagement. A case study is also introduced for further discussion. © 2012 Springer-Verlag GmbH.
