A protocol for exosome isolation and characterization

Abstract

This volume is a comprehensive continuation and extension of a book called “2D PAGE: Sample Preparation and Fractionation” which was published in 2008. This book presents the latest developments of the main pillars of protein analysis, namely sample preparation, separation, and characterization. Individual technologies of each pillar combined into complementary and robust workfl ows render proteomic analysis of complex biological samples even more powerful and are the prerequisite to gain maximum value from biological samples in a single experiment.
