Abstract

Negative emotions are known as bad feelings that are caused by a person or events that can change rapidly. So, this project has identified the negative emotions of students from University Technology MARA (UiTM) specifically from two faculties known as the Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in UiTM Shah Alam. In order to heal those negative emotions, two colour therapy experts were interviewed in order for them to provide the crucial data on how colours can heal negative emotions. Data from the interview stated that each colour vibrates differently and it has different effects especially for healing purposes. Therefore, a colour healing model is constructed and is seen to work on which colour works the best on which negative emotion. The virtual reality technology using the VR goggle was also approved by the colour therapy experts to be used for this particular project since it can bring the colour of the nature environment to us instead of going towards them. The colour of the nature environment works the best in order to heal the negative emotions.
