Abstract

MA' ADEN, Saudi Arabia's government owned mineral resources company, and ALCOA, the world' s leading producer of Aluminium, signed a JV (Joint Venture) agreement in December 2009 to develop the largest integrated Aluminium complex in Saudi Arabia on Arabian Gulf coast at Ras Al-Khair industrial zone.
