Medication adherence of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract

The review is devoted to the problem of medication adherence in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. We consider here speci- ficity of approach to management of elderly outpatients, groups of factors associated with medication adherence, and possible ways to improvement of compliance to treatment in patients from the senior age group with heart failure.
