Abstract

In this paper we present a review of modern coherent optical methods, which are used to determine both macro- and microrelief of the surface. The optical scheme for the two-wavelength holograms recording with the software for obtaining the surface relief maps of the smooth and rough objects has been created. The created software allows digital holograms recording, the surface phase map calculating and to carry out the post-processing of the result. The proposed solutions are suitable for studying the waviness and roughness of the mechanical parts’ surfaces.
