Analisis Clustering Objek Daya Tarik Wisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi

Abstract

Tourism is one of the contributors to regional economic income. Indonesia has tourism potential that can be developed as a competitive tourism destination. Banyuwangi Regency has experienced rapid development related to the tourism sector, especially since 2010. The increase in tourism visits also increases every year. On the other hand, although development efforts have been made to increase tourist visits to each destination, there are still destinations that have not become the destination of existing transportation facilities. So that ODTW integration is needed so that it can become the destination of choice for tourists and increase visits to every destination in Banyuwangi Regency. This article aims to cover the formation of the Banyuwangi Regency ODTW cluster. Cluster assistance is based on geographical proximity. The steps taken include compiling criteria for the formation of clusters from the distance between destinations so can determine the appropriate ODTW cluster. Based on the results of the analysis, from 57 ODTW in Banyuwangi Regency, 5 ODTW clusters were formed in Banyuwangi Regency.
