Abstract

Prevanlence of occupatinal hand dermatitis in cleaning is from 10-53% in different studies. Irritant contact dermatitis is more often reported than allergic contact dermatitis. Type IV sensitizations to rubber chemical and disinfectants are diagnosed freuqently. prevention strategies in cleaning must be revisited.
