Youth entrepreneurship and effective tools for its development

Abstract

Youth entrepreneurship is a promising sector of entrepreneurial activity for number reasons, among which we can highlight the solution employment problems, readiness and ability to apply new solutions, including digital ones, increased propensity young people risk, an important quality entrepreneur, others.At same time, involvement younger generation in business requires creation full-fledged support infrastructure.The purpose this article determine most relevant directions development youth entrepreneurship.The research has shown that currently there rather limited range programs provide state entrepreneurship, as well publicprivate partnership programs.Financial instruments ensure implementation these are described.The key provisions regional project Rostov region "Popularization entrepreneurship", those addressed generation, considered.However, existing approaches do not fully take into account specifics require further development.The authors propose construction strategy includes elements.Among them: vectors policy long term; main activities contribute effective entrepreneurship; tools sources funding entrepreneurship.
