Abstract

Background: In the next few decades, the number of elderly people in Indonesia will be more, this impacts the dependence of the elderly on the help of others and long-term care. The hospital as a health service provider is one of the health facilities most visited by the elderly, so evaluation is needed as an effort to improve the facilities provided, one of which is by measuring the level of satisfaction in the elderly.Purpose: To identify the level of satisfaction of the elderly at the Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Polyclinic LampungMethod: An observational analytic method with a cross-sectional approach. The subjects of this study were outpatients aged 60 years as many as 250 respondents. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression.Results: Shows that there is a partial relationship between the type of work (p value = 0.007), education (p value = 0.001), timeliness of service (p-value = 0.000), service accuracy (p-value = 0.000), friendliness of the staff (p-value = 0.000) value = 0.000), the speed of the registration counter clerk (p-value = 0.001), and the comfort of the waiting room (p-value = 0.000) with elderly patient satisfaction, but there is no relationship between gender (p-value = 0.809), age ( p-value = 0.363), method of payment (p-value = 0.793), and availability of toilets (p-value = 0.207), as well as the speed variable at the registration counter were the most dominantly influencing elderly patient satisfaction with p-value = 0.000; OR = 11.08 ; 95% CI: 4.47 – 27.45.Keywords: Polyclinic; Satisfaction Level; ElderlyPendahuluan: Beberapa dekade kedepan  usia lansia di Indonesia jumlahnya akan lebih banyak, hal ini berdampak pada ketergantungan lansia akan bantuan orang lain dan perawatan jangka panjang. Adapun Rumah Sakit sebagai penyedia layanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang paling banyak dikunjungi oleh lansia, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi sebagai upaya perbaikan terhadap fasilitas yang diberikan, yang salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pada pasien lansia.Tujuan: Mengetahui tingkat kepuasan lansia di Poliklinik RS Pertamina Bintang Amin LampungMetode: Penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pasien rawat jalan yang berusia ≥ 60 tahun sebanyak 250 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menganggunakan accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisa data menggunakan uji chi-square dan regresi logistik berganda.Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan secara parsial antara jenis pekerjaan (p value = 0,007), pendidikan (p value = 0,001), ketepatan waktu pelayanan (p-value = 0,000), akurasi pelayanan (p-value = 0,000), keramahan petugas (p-value = 0,000), kecepatan petugas loket pendaftaran (p-value = 0,001), dan kenyamanan ruang tunggu (p-value = 0,000) dengan kepuasan pasien lansia, tetapi tidak ada hubungan antara jenis kelamin (p-value = 0,809), usia (p-value = 0,363), cara bayar (p-value =0,793), dan ketersediaan toilet (p-value = 0,207), serta variabel kecepatan petugas loket pendaftaran merupakan yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien lanjut usia dengan p-value = 0.000 ; OR = 11,08 ; 95% CI: 4,47 – 27,45.
