Abstract

The LT4D workshop aims to provide a forum for a discussion of cross-cultural differences regarding the immersion of AIED systems and the rational introduction of learning technologies in the developing world. Focus of the workshop is to explicitly explore the economic, social, political and cultural constraints that shape affordances for learning technologies in the developing world. © 2013 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
