PENGARUH SERTIFIKASI CHSE TERHADAP STRATEGI PENINGKATAN TINGKAT HUNIAN KAMAR DI GAMMARA HOTEL MAKASSAR

Abstract

Abstrak Pemberian sertifikasi CHSE oleh Kementrian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif kepada pengelola hotel bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tingkat hunian kamar hotel di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara sertifikasi CHSE terhadap strategi peningkatan tingkat hunian kamar dan berapa besar pengaruh antara sertifikasi CHSE terhadap strategi peningkatan tingkat hunian kamar di Gammara Hotel Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara sertifikasi CHSE terhadap strategi peningkatan tingkat hunian kamar di Gammara Hotel Makassar. Meskipun demikian pengaruh antara variabel X dan variabel Y pada penelitian ini bernilai lemah sehingga diperlukan faktor lain untuk meningkatkan tingkat hunian kamar di Gammara Hotel Makassar. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect between CHSE certification on the strategy of increasing room occupancy rates and how much influence between CHSE certification on the strategy of increasing room occupancy rates at Gammara Hotel Makassar. The research uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that there was an influence between CHSE certification on the strategy to increase the room occupancy rate at Gammara Hotel Makassar. However, the influence between variable X and variable Y in this study is weak so that other factors are needed to increase the room occupancy rate at Gammara Hotel Makassar.
