Abstrack-In the era of digitalization, all activities in human life are supported by information system technology to facilitate work. The existence of information systems technology sometimes humans can only use without knowing whether the information system technology affects performance. Such is the case with PT. Astra InternasionalTbk. Tso is a trading company that has a TDMS information system that is beneficial for improving the company's progress. The TDMS application manages the data needed and makes it easier for employees, but the company does not yet know how much benefit, ease and acceptance of the TDMS application is used in influencing the attitudes and performance of its employees. This study discusses the effect of using TDMS applications on employee performance in terms of benefits, convenience, user attitude and employee performance. The research method used was observation, interviews with PT. Astra Internasional Tbk employees, Tso Cilandak, and literature study. Model to examine technology acceptance of employee performance with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Testing for the quality of questionnaire data with validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, t testing and multiple linear regression analysis. In using the questionnaire scale questionnaire used by Likert scale and data processing software using SPSS. The results of this study that the ease of application of TDMS greatly affects the performance of employees of PT. Astra Internasional Tbk. Tso Cilandak.
