FREIRE: CONSCIÊNCIA E LIBERTAÇÃO (A PEDAGOGIA PERIGOSA)

Abstract

As idéias e os escritos de Paulo Freire são parte importante para mudança social. Dirigem-se àqueles que vêem o futuro do homem. As reflexões sobre a "Cultura do silêncio" contribuíram para desenvolver uma filosofia e um método para encontrar o sentido, a natureza, os propósitos e a identidade entre os oprimidos. A tarefa do educador deve ser a de problematizar para os educandos o conteúdo que os mediatiza e não entregá-lo como algo já feito, acabado. Paulo Freire foi criador e defensor de uma pedagogia crítica, considerada perigosa em 1964. A obra de Paulo Freire postula transformações culturais importantes em função da liberdade dos povos oprimidos.The Paulo Freire thoughts and writing are important pieces to social transformations. They are directed to that one that takes care of the man's future. The meditations about the book "The culture of the silense" have contributed to develop a philosophy and a system to find out the meaning, the nature, the purpose and the identity among the oppressed people. The teacher cannot deliver the solution of everything to the pupil/student, but he must show them the contents the problem, give them a chance to solve it. The Paulo Freire works assume important cultural transformations to the freedom of oppressed people
