Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investment understanding, minimum capital policy, capital market training, and motivation on the interest of Generation Z to invest in the capital market. The object of this research is Generation Z age range 11-26 years. While the sample in this study is Generation Z who have or have never invested in the capital market, have or have not attended investment seminars and capital market training. In this study must take data from a sample of at least 100 people. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling method. The data collection method used in this study was using a questionnaire. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that understanding of investment and capital market training has no effect on the interest of Generation Z to invest in the capital market. Meanwhile, minimal capital policy and motivation have a positive effect on the interest of Generation Z to invest in the capital market.
