Abstract

The patient and the surgical site were identified and marked in the preholding area. The patient underwent anesthesia per the anesthesia team. The patient was placed in the beach-chair position. A small towel is inserted behind the scapula to elevate the shoulder with the affected arm completely free off the edge of the table. The upper extremity was prepped and draped in the usual manner.
